QIPCO Holding is a private, family run investment company owned by six brothers, led by Chief Executive Sheikh Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani.

Based in Doha, QIPCO has a diverse range of interests, including real estate, construction, oil and gas, trading and services, finance and health and horse racing.

In 2014 QIPCO became Ascot’s first Official Partner and a year later the agreement was extended until 2024, cementing QIPCO as a long-term partner of the Royal Racecourse.
QIPCO’s partnership includes two designated days at Royal Ascot with enhanced branding benefits, as well as annual branding and marketing rights and sponsorship of the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes.
Through its subsidiaries, Qatar Racing and Qatar Bloodstock, QIPCO owns a global thoroughbred racing and breeding operation that is based in the UK. Qatar Bloodstock’s British based stallions, together with their mares and foals, reside at Tweenhills Farm and Stud in Gloucestershire.

QIPCO also sponsor the British Champions Series, which culminates in QIPCO British Champions Day at Ascot in October, the most valuable raceday in Britain.
