Raceday Staff Benefits

We provide a pension scheme for eligible staff following three months’ from when you first undertake an assignment with Ascot Racecourse. Your earnings paid in each pay reference period (each calendar month) will be assessed monthly against the automatic enrolment criteria and be paid into the ARL NEST Pension Scheme.

Due to the casual nature of any potential assignments undertaken by you, you will take and be deemed to have taken your annual leave at the end of each day that you work and will be paid for any holiday entitlement as it is accrued on each separate occasion.

You will be provided with a voucher to obtain a complimentary packed lunch from our staff canteen. The canteen also serves hot food which can be purchased on the day at a discounted price.

We offer complimentary on-site car parking on our racedays, which will be communicated ahead of each raceday.

You will be able to purchased discounted Queen Anne Enclosure tickets which must be purchased in advance of a race meeting (excluding Royal Ascot and other race dates as confirmed by Ascot). Details on the process of purchasing this will be communicated by the HR team.
