Ascot Racecourse recently played host to The World Horse Trail - a unique public art project highlighting the work of the international charity World Horse Welfare.
Ten of the 40-piece trail were displayed around the parade ring, featuring a variety of sculptures including working horses from countries where families rely on their animals to make a living.
The stunning designs have been created by artists, celebrities, students and members of the public, inspired by the stories or names of the horses which the charity has helped.
