When can I  apply for badges?
The Royal Enclosure badge request form will be added early January 2010.

Can I sponsor new people wanting access to the Royal Enclosure?
If you have attended Royal Ascot within the Royal Enclosure for four years or more you are eligible to sponsor.

How do I request a sponsorship form?
You will need to write or email royal.enclosure@ascot.co.uk and provide a postal address.

What are the dates for Ascot 2010?
We have a provisional date of 15th June to 19th June, this will be confirmed at a later date.

When will we receive our invitations?
Invitations will be sent at the beginning of January.

Can we apply online?
You will be able to download a form from January, this can be returned by:-

Can I change my badges?
Saturday guest badges are non refundable.
Previous badge holders are able to refund and exchange badges until 3rd April 2010.
