Race Conditions
Weatherbys Owners Bar and Dining Room
This facility, which is reserved exclusively for the use of owners with a runner on the day and all licensed trainers, is situated above the saddling boxes in the Pre-Parade Ring. This dedicated facility has been extended into the former ‘Grundy Room’ to provide a dining area. This restaurant will serve a complimentary buffet lunch, sandwiches and afternoon tea. Tables cannot be reserved. The bar in Weatherbys Owners Bar will remain open one hour after the last race.
Viewing
Owners and trainers with runners have two dedicated viewing areas on Concourse Level, reserved exclusively for their use. Owner/Trainer badges will allow access to these areas.
The main viewing area on Concourse Level is located to the west of the Iron Stand, beneath the Royal Box. This is easily accessible from the Parade Ring. The second dedicated viewing area is located to the west of the horse walk, behind the stable lads stand and is accessible via the Concourse or the Horsewalk.
Badge Allocation/Pass Card System/Car Parking
A single owner, partnership or syndicate with a runner declared at the overnight stage will be entitled to a total of six complimentary Owner/Trainer Badges. These badges are numbered and are non-transferable. In addition, some extra badges may be purchased, but numbers need to be agreed in advance by calling my office on 01344 878529, alternatively please fax on 0870 460 1250 or email holly.mitchell@ascot.co.uk. There will be a limit to the number of badges available at half price. They can then be collected on the day from the Owners and Trainers Entrance. Please remember to bring your swipe card for the pass card system in order to obtain your owners’ badges. Owner/Trainer badges allow access to all Premier Admission areas.
Owners are entitled to free car parking in the Owners Car Park situated in No 2 Car Park. No labels will be required. One car parking space will be allocated to single/joint owners in the Owners’ Car Park and two spaces will be allocated to a partnership or syndicate.
