Owners & Trainers Information

Desert Quest wins The William Hill HandicapFollowing discussions with The Racehorse Owners’ Association, we are making a number of changes to the owners and trainers facilities.

From Royal Ascot 2007 a new dedicated viewing area on the concourse steppings will be opened, just to the west of the area reserved for the Iron Stand, which will allow connections easy access from the parade ring to the dedicated viewing area.

In addition, we will retain the smaller dedicated viewing area on concourse level to the west of the horsewalk, behind the stable lads stand with easy access to the course and unsaddling area.

The Weatherbys Owners Bar, which includes internet access, a full bar and complimentary tea and coffee, will be extended to include a second bar area.

Hardy Eustace wins The Coral Ascot HurdlesWhilst these alterations are in progress (March to May 2007) the viewing area for owners and trainers may move depending on the progress of the work on the steppings. For 30th and 31st March owners and trainers may use the viewing balcony on Level 2. Access to this area is via a corridor between the Iron Stand and Number One Box. The Weatherbys Owners Bar will of course remain open and for the Jump Meetings the complimentary hospitality offer in the Pavilion will be available.

The Level 2 owners and trainers bar is now closed.
