Racing Summary
A highlight of the Flat season and one of the feature race days of the Ascot calendar. The Queen Elizabeth II Stakes (sponsored by Sony)  is Europe's top mile race and crowns the top miler in Europe. Also on the card are the Group One Meon Valley Stud Fillies' Mile and the Group Two Juddmonte Royal Lodge Stakes, for the top two year old milers. It was on this day in 1996 that Frankie Dettori went through the card winning all seven races and creating history!

Featuring the fourth Annual Beer Festival in association with CAMRA; expect more than just exciting racing at this extensive regional Beer Festival as you sup on an array of over 200  real ales, cider and perries.

We are showcasing a wide variety real ales, ciders and perriers including Sump from Pitstop Brewery in Wantage, which returns to defend the title of the Ascot Racecourse Beer of the Festival. This prestigious title is awarded by racegoers across the weekend so competition in 2010 will be fierce.

Each voucher is purchased for approx. £1.40. Vouchers can be redeemed against a half pint sample of any chosen beverage. Vouchers can be purchased on the day within the Beer Festival or pre-ordered with your racing tickets to save time on the day.

Between racing customers will be serenaded by live music on the Bandstand.

Throughout the day, racegoers can take part in a 9 dart challenge with legends of the sport and former world champions, Eric Bristow and Keith Deller, for the chance to win fantastic prizes. The event will be refereed by Paul 'MCWils' Wilson and will be located on the Concourse level of the Grandstand.
