Ascot has 262 private boxes in the Grandstand. With stunning views across the racecourse a private box enables you to savour the exhilarating atmosphere in style, whilst enjoying superb cuisine, first class service and a spectacular view of the racing action. Boxes are located on the upper levels of the stand, from Level 2 to Level 6; some are positioned close to the track past the winning post with a ‘head-on’ view, whilst others are before the winning post so the horses race past them to the finish.
Each box consists of a private dining room with a large flat screen television, a balcony overlooking the track, a bar and a private kitchen shared with the adjoining box. Each box will have dedicated serving staff throughout the day.
Please call 08707 263 043 to check the availability of private boxes for all of our meetings (excluding Royal Ascot). Alternatively, e-mail your contact details including address and telephone number to boxes@ascot.co.uk to request more information or a brochure.
Ascot Racecourse is currently running a wait list for Private Boxes for selected days during Royal Ascot.
If you would like to be added to the wait list, with no obligation, please complete the
Wait List Application Form or contact Susan Thomsett to check for immediate availability.
